Lindahl advises on Swedencare's acquisition of Summit
Lindahl has served as legal advisor to Swedencare AB (publ), a company listed on NASDAQ First North Growth Market, in connection with its acquisition of Summit Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Summit").

Swedencare develops, produces, and sells premium products for the global and rapidly growing market in animal health, focusing on cats, dogs, and horses. With headquarters in Malmö, the products are sold in approximately 70 countries through veterinarians, pet shops, and online. The company's extensive distribution network includes subsidiaries in nine countries as well as an international network of resellers.
Summit develops, produces, and sells Animal Health Specials exclusively to veterinarians in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Summit's robust product portfolio primarily focuses on small animals but has recently expanded to include horses. Several new products will be introduced in the coming years. Summit's customer base consists of over 5,500 veterinary clinics in the United Kingdom.
Lindahl's team comprised Johan Herrström, Alex Malta, Christian Sundén, Gabriel Miller, and Emanuel Franzen.
Lindahl worked on the acquisition together with Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC), member of the same global network as Lindahl; Terralex.
