Lindahl advisors in BUKOs acquisition of Road Rental
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to BUKO Group ("BUKO"), a portfolio company of the private equity fund Equistone Partners, in connection with the acquisition of Road Rental Scandinavia AB.
BUKO is a Dutch company and a leading European provider of traffic safety solutions and temporary traffic management systems, with approximately 1,000 employees.
Following successful acquisitions in Germany and the UK, BUKO is now entering the Swedish market with plans for further growth across Scandinavia.
Road Rental is a leading Swedish company specializing in traffic management and workplace safety for road and construction projects in high-traffic environments, with approximately 125 employees.
Lindahl's team was led by Ahmed Al-Rahma and consisted of Edvard Gustafsson, Arnould Andrawes, Lara Hrstic and Joakim Bolinder, and further consisted of Ottilia Boström, Matilda Jusslin, Johan Åberg, and Josefin Tegnvallius Boklund.
