Lindahl advises Lyten on acquisition of Northvolt’s energy storage business
Silicon Valley based Lyten has acquired Northvolt's battery storage business in Gdansk – Europe's largest manufacturing facility for battery energy storage systems. Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Lyten in the transaction.
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to Lyten in connection with its acquisition of Northvolt Dwa ESS – Europe's largest manufacturing and R&D facility for battery energy storage systems (BESS), located in Gdansk, Poland.
Lindahl's team consisted primarily of Jan Byström, Ahmed Al-Rahma, Johan Åberg and Ottilia Boström.
