Lindahl advises eEquity in connection with the acquisition of Prisjakt
Growth investor eEquity has entered into an agreement to acquire Prisjakt Sverige AB from Schibsted Marketplaces.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority and is expected to close in June 2025.
Lindahl’s team was led by Jan Byström and Ahmed Al-Rahma, and further consisted of Ludwig Mild, Björn Andersson, Isak Tholén, Lara Hrstic, Arnould Andrawes, Joakim Bolinder, Joel Öhrn, Ottilia Boström (employment law), Matilda Jusslin (employment law), Johan Åberg (IP/tech), Josefin Tegnvallius Boklund (IP/tech), Hugo Norlén (EU & competition) and Isabella Mellberg (EU & competition).
