Lindahl Advises on Oscar Jacobson's Acquisition of Filippa K
Lindahl law firm has acted as legal advisor to the menswear company Oscar Jacobson in its acquisition of the fashion brand Filippa K.
Filippa K was founded in 1993 and offers women's and men's collections with sales both online and in physical stores, with distribution in Scandinavia and globally.
Since 2018, Oscar Jacobson has been part of the Mellby Gård group and has shown profitable growth over the past three years. The company now intends to develop Filippa K in a similar manner within the Oscar Jacobson group. Filippa K and Oscar Jacobson will continue to operate as separate brands.
Lindahl's team primarily consisted of Johan Herrström, Carl-Johan Krusell, Pontus Söderberg, André Persson, Alva Resare, and Jonathan Åkesson.
