Lindahl Advises on Brock Milton Capital's Listing on Nasdaq First North
Lindahl has assisted Brock Milton Capital AB (publ) ("BMC") in connection with the company's listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

BMC, a Swedish independent and entrepreneur-owned fund manager, is conducting a distribution of existing shares to the public in Sweden and institutional investors both domestically and internationally in conjunction with the listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The offering attracted significant interest, welcoming more than 4,000 new shareholders. Trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market commenced today.
Brock Milton Capital manages two global funds: BMC Global Select, the company's flagship fund, and BMC Global Small Cap Select. As of 28 February 2025, the company's assets under management amounted to over SEK 20 billion. The listing is seen as an important step in the company's continued growth and development, creating increased transparency and opportunities to attract capital from international investors.
Lindahl served as legal advisor to BMC, providing legal expertise throughout the entire listing process. Lindahl's team primarily consisted of Erika Svensson, Anna Drogou, and Theo Biström.
