Lindahl advises Jajum AB and OssAv AB on the sale of Amplius Omsorg AB
Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as adviser to Jajum AB and OssAv AB in connection with the sale of Amplius Omsorg AB ("Amplius" or the "Company"), active within residential care homes (HVB) for children and families, sheltered housing and foster care, to Sekoya AS.
Amplius is a company within the care and welfare sector providing residential care homes for children and families, sheltered housing and foster care. Through the Company's outpatient care services, support measures are offered for children, young people and families. Common to all of the Company's operations is a commitment to ensuring safe, nurturing environments and tailored interventions adapted to individual needs and circumstances. Amplius is headquartered in Karlskrona. Amplius will continue under its own name, with the same management and full operational responsibility.
Lindahl's team, which assisted with contract negotiations and due diligence, consisted of Johan Herrström, Sepehr Namazi and Jonathan Åkesson.
