Lindahl advises Heba on JV agreement with Peab for Villa Primus
Lindahl has advised Heba Fastighets AB in a strategic joint venture with Peab concerning the development of a new care and nursing facility in central Stockholm. The collaboration marks a significant investment in long-term care infrastructure.
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to Heba Fastighets AB in connection with the signing of an agreement with Peab to jointly develop the care and nursing home Villa Primus on Lilla Essingen in Stockholm through a joint venture company.
The project includes 160 residential units within the care and nursing home, an LSS accommodation with six places, as well as a small commercial unit on the ground floor.
Completion is expected in 2028, at which point the property will comprise a total lettable area of 10,180 sqm. Lease agreements have been signed with the Ambea Group for both the elderly care and LSS facilities, each with a 20-year term. Heba’s total investment is estimated at approximately SEK 830 million.
