Lindahl advises Heba and Åke Sundvall in a transfer of properties for SEK 402 million
Lindahl acted as legal advisor to the joint venture owned by Heba and Åke Sundvall in connection with the transfer to Resinova Bostads AB of four properties in Bredäng and Rosendal in Uppsala.

The underlying property value amounts to SEK 402 million.
The properties consist of 56 apartments in Bredäng with a total area of 2,514 square metres and 117 apartments in Uppsala with a total area of 5,532 square metres.
The Lindahl team consisted of Jan Berg and Alexander Schröder.
