Lindahl advises as Axis Communications acquires FF Group
Lindahl has advised Axis Communications in connection with the acquisition of FF Group, an innovative supplier of licence plate verification solutions. Through the acquisition, Axis strengthens its position in the market for traffic applications. FF Group has been a partner of Axis since 2017.
FF Group, which was founded in 2016 with headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic, is a recognised player in licence plate verification operating in the transport and security market in over 30 countries. The company develops intelligent software that combines licence plate recognition, intelligent data processing and camera-to-camera communication technologies.

Lindahl's team in the transaction has primarily consisted of Johan Herrström, Alex Malta, Gabriel Miller, Christian Sundén and Jonathan Åkesson.
