Advokatfirman Lindahl (”Lindahl”) has advised Argo Defence Group AB (publ), a defence group with a focus on customers within both military and civil defence, with its acquisition of Poseidon Diving Group AB (“Poseidon”).
Poseidon is a leading manufacturer of advanced diving and breathing equipment with sales to demanding customer segments, including the military and other professional users worldwide.
