Lindahl acts as an advisor in Samariterhemmet’s property sale to Region Uppsala
Advokatfirman Lindahl acted as a legal advisor to Diakonistiftelsen Samariterhemmet in connection with the sale of five properties known as “Nya Sjukhuset”, located in the centre of Uppsala, to Region Uppsala for a purchase price of SEK 356,000,000.

The seller, Diakonistiftelsen Samariterhemmet, is a non-profit foundation whose work is aimed at contributing to a more compassionate society by caring for individuals, particularly those in vulnerable life situations. The sale enables the foundation to focus its resources on its core business, while Region Uppsala acquires properties that it was largely already using in the capacity of a tenant.
The Lindahl team of advisors consisted mainly of Lovisa Lagerwall and Jonas Lenhammar.
For more information, see the Region Uppsala press release.
