Lindahl law firm has assisted the owners of Livallco Stål AB in the sale of 70% of the company's shares to Ernströmgruppen.
Livallco Stål, based in Stenkullen outside Gothenburg, is a steel wholesaler that stocks and sells high-quality steel products to infrastructure and industrial sectors. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, with a turnover of 100 million SEK in the latest fiscal year.
