Advokatfirman Lindahl is advising Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) in a fully guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 511 million, resolved by the board and subject to the subsequent approval of the general meeting.

Nivika is a real estate company in Småland with the aim of owning, managing and developing high-yield properties in the long term, thereby creating profitable and sustainable value growth. The operations are conducted in Jönköping, Värnamo, Växjö and the west coast of Sweden, areas with good growth opportunities and stable rental markets. The diversified property portfolio amounts to just over SEK 10 billion, of which 70% of the rental value consists of commercial properties and 30% of residential. Approximately 90% of the portfolio consist of investment properties. The commercial properties mainly consist of industrial, warehouse, office and public properties.
Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, is Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner. Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige filial and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB are Joint Bookrunners.
Lindahl’s team mainly consists of Victoria Skoglund, Gustav Ahlgren, Jakob Josefsson and Ebba Meyer-Lie.
