Advokatfirman Lindahl has advised Clavister Holding AB (publ) in a fully subscribed rights issue of units, consisting of shares and warrants, of approximately SEK 170 million. In the event of full utilization of all outstanding warrants, the company can receive additionally a maximum of approximately SEK 119 million, which can result in total issue proceeds of a maximum of approximately SEK 288 million.
Clavister is a specialist European cyber security provider that has been offering solutions to protect business critical applications for over 25 years. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Örnsköldsvik, Clavister early developed one of the first virtual firewalls of its kind and has since its inception offered robust and flexible cyber security solutions. Today, Clavister develops, produces and sells cyber security solutions based on proprietary software with powerful performance and good scalability. Through a growing ecosystem of partners and resellers, Clavister has delivered solutions to authorities at EU level and in the public sector, the defense industry, telecom providers, energy companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in the national and international markets.
