Advokatfirman Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) in the disposal of six properties with a market value of 1,095 MSEK. The Buyer is Savills Investment Management and the properties are intended to be included in an European property housing fund managed by SIM.
Lindahl’s team included Alexander Schröder, Jan Berg and Sten Gejrot.
