Advokatfirman Lindahl has advised First Nordic Metals Corp. in the issuing and secondary listing of Swedish Deposit Receipts (SDRs) on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm.

The company’s shares are listed on TSX Venture in Canada, OTCQB in the United States and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany.
First Nordic Metals Corp. is a Canadian-based gold exploration and development company, consolidating and advancing assets in Sweden and Finland.
Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Jan Byström, Ola Svanberg, Agnes Widlund, Ebba Meyer-Lie and Jakob Abrahamsson.
