Lindahl assists SeaTwirl AB with preferential rights issue
Advokatfirman Lindahl acted as legal advisor when SeaTwirl AB (publ) carried out a preferential rights issue of units totalling approximately SEK 64.5 million. The preferential rights issue was about 109.3 per cent subscribed.
SeaTwirl is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and is a Swedish energitech company within wind power with the vision to become a world-leading supplier to floating wind farms. SeaTwirl is developing a new type of floating, offshore wind farm, where the company utilises a vertical axis turbine. The vertical solution is enabling the company to offer cost-effective and environmentally-friendly energy solutions for the future.
