Johan Åberg appointed new Managing Partner at Lindahl in Stockholm
As of July 1, Advokatfirman Lindahl’s Stockholm office has a new Managing Partner. Johan Åberg succeeds Monica Lagercrantz, who has led the Stockholm office since January 2022.
Johan Åberg is a partner at Lindahl and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution practice group, with particular expertise in copyright and marketing law. In his new role as Managing Partner, he will focus on leadership and the continued development of the Stockholm office.
“After many years at Lindahl, I would describe our firm as a place with a strong team spirit and a clear client focus. It is both an honour and an inspiration to take over the baton as Managing Partner from Monica. I look forward to working with our colleagues to further strengthen Lindahl as the best firm – both for our clients and for our team,” says Johan Åberg.
Monica Lagercrantz will remain Vice Chair of Lindahl’s national board, in addition to her role as a partner specialising in capital markets law in Stockholm.
“It has been an incredibly rewarding and educational time serving as MP, with our office move to Norrmalmstorg in 2023 as a clear highlight. We have a fantastic team of colleagues both in Stockholm and across Lindahl, and I’m excited to continue being part of this journey,” says Monica Lagercrantz.
