Advokatfirman Lindahl has assisted Midsona AB (publ) in a preferential rights issue of approx. SEK 600 million, which was entirely covered by subscription commitments and guarantee undertakings.
Midsona is a consumer goods company within health and well-being in the Nordic region. The company is focused on developing and marketing brands, and offers products within the categories of ecological and plant-based products, health foods and consumer health products. Midsona is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Lindahl's team consisted of Nils Lundgren, Lina Stenson, Viktor Wihlstrand, Peter Bäverlid, Jannica Stefansson and Ida Hjorth. Danske Bank A/S, Denmark, Sweden Branch acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner and Advokatfirman Schjødt was legal advisor to Danske Bank.
