Carl-Johan Krusell is particularly focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate law. Carl-Johan also has extensive experience as an adviser in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts in various sectors.

Carl-Johan has extensive experience of mergers & acquisitions. Carl-Johan regularly advise clients in connection with various capital market transactions, and works with capital raising, IPOs, incentive programmes, and general meetings.

Carl-Johan regularly assists both Swedish and international clients in various line of business in the drafting of commercial agreements and has specific experience within retail.
