Lindahl legal advisor to Guldbrev in connection with listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market
Lindahl has acted as a legal advisor to Guldbrev Holding AB (publ) in connection with the company’s listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Trading in the company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market commenced today. The offer price was SEK 20 per share, equivalent to a market capitalization of approximately MSEK 420 for all shares in Guldbrev Holding AB (publ).
Guldbrev is a Nordic digital platform for the recycling of consumer-owned gold. Guldbrev is engaged in the purchase, valuation and resale of used jewellery and other gold items from private individuals, primarily through mail-based solutions and digital channels. The business is characterized by an automated, scalable business model with a high degree of customer trust, fast lead times and effective online marketing. In addition to the Swedish operations, Guldbrev has established operations under the brands Gullbrev.no in Norway and Kultapiste.fi in Finland.
Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Ola Svanberg, Victoria Skoglund, Ebba Meyer-Lie, Agnes Widlund och My Gabrielsson.
