Lindahl has advised Argo Defence Group in connection with its listing on NGM Nordic SME
In connection with the listing, an offer to subscribe for shares in Argo Defence Group was made at a price of SEK 17 per share, corresponding to a total market capitalisation of Argo Defence Group of approximately SEK 350 million after the completion of the listing. The offering consisted of an offering to the general public in Sweden, and an offering to qualified investors and persons with a minimum investment amount of EUR 100,000 per investor, and consisted of a share issue. The total value of the offering, assuming full exercise of the over-allotment option, amounts to approximately SEK 80 million. Pareto Securities acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner.
