Lindahl assisted Heba in the sale of properties for SEK 760 million
Lindahl acted as a legal advisor to Heba in connection with the company’s sale of properties in Nyköping, Uppsala and Vallentuna to Resinova Bostads AB. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 760 million. The properties consist of 396 apartments with a total area of 18,379 m2, 170 m2 of non-residential premises and 143 parking spaces.

The Lindahl team consisted of Jan Berg and Alexander Schröder.
