Lindahl acted advisor to Marshall Group AB’s (“Marshall”) main owners Time For Growth Secondary Fund, Telia Company AB and Marshall Family Investments Ltd in connection with the Altor Funds’ acquisition of a minority stake in Marshall.
Marshall is an audio, tech and design powerhouse uniting musicians and music lovers. With about SEK 4 billion of revenues, Marshall is active in more than 90 markets and employs approximately 800 people.
