Lindahl advisor when Sareq becomes the new majority shareholder in Langia IT Solutions AB
Lindahl has advised Sareq AB in connection with is acquisition of shares in Langia IT Solutions from Måns Strandqvist AB.
Langia IT Solutions AB is an IT consulting company with a global customer base that operates within digitalization, microservices and cloud solutions. The primary focus is e-commerce solutions for medium- to large-sized companies. The company, founded in 2015 by Måns Strandqvist, is an SAP partner and leading specialist in the e-commerce platform SAP Commerce in the Nordic region. Måns Strandqvist will remain as shareholder and CEO of the company.
Sareq is a family-owned investment company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in business development. Sareq has a long-term investment perspective and works closely with its subsidiaries. In this way, Sareq contributes with both expertise and capital, which generates growth and profitability. Sareq currently has a total of nine subsidiaries with approximately 130 employees and SEK 1 billion in sales.
Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Henrik Nobel, Frida Lovén, Edvard Gustafsson, Isak Tholén, Asta Schulz, Matilda Jusslin, Josefin Tegnvallius Boklund and Signe Bergström.
