Lindahl advises Nolato on the acquisition of Irish electronics company M&M Qualtech
Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to Nolato AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of the Irish electronics company M&M Qualtech.
Nolato is a Swedish industrial group listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap, with operations across Europe, Asia and North America. The company develops and manufactures products in polymer materials – including plastics, silicone and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) – for customers in the medical technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, automotive and hygiene sectors.
M&M Qualtech is an established electronics contract manufacturer headquartered in Galway, Ireland. The company has approximately 200 employees and estimated annual revenue of approximately SEK 385 million. Through the acquisition, Nolato strengthens its position in the electronics sector and expands its ability to deliver advanced product solutions to customers in, among others, the medical technology, industrial and defence industries.
"We are proud to have assisted Nolato in this strategically important cross-border transaction. The acquisition strengthens Nolato's international offering within the electronics sector, and we are grateful for the trust placed in us to support the company's continued growth journey," says Viktor Wihlstrand, Partner at Lindahl.
