Lindahl acted as an adviser when Boxflow brought in Priveq as a growth partner
Advokatfirman Lindahl acted as an advisor to Boxflow AB and its owners in connection with Priveq’s investment in the company. Boxflow is a fast-growing company which focuses on contract logistics and staffing and which had a turnover in excess of SEK 300 million in 2023.
Priveq’s co-ownership means that Boxflow obtains an experienced partner on its journey as it continues to grow, aiming to be a billion-dollar company by 2030 and a driving force in the transition to a more sustainable logistics chain.
The partnership between Boxflow and Priveq entered into force in July.
The Lindahl team consisted of Svante Liljedahl, Filippa Wallin, Vanessa Tellenmark, Ida Hjort, Olivia Sandin and Victor Carlsson.
