Lindahl has acted as legal advisor to E.ON Energiinfrastruktur AB in connection with the divestment of the company’s district heating business in Vallentuna, Sweden, to Solör Bioenergi Fjärrvärme AB.

Lindahl previously advised E.ON Energiinfrastruktur AB on the divestment of the company’s district heating business in Åkersberga, Österåker municipality, Sweden, to Solör Bioenergi Fjärrvärme AB. This divestment has now been followed by the sale of the company’s district heating business in Vallentuna, Sweden, to the same purchaser, with Lindahl once again acting as E.ON’s legal advisor.

The transfer, which is another step in strengthening E.ON’s strategic focus on large-scale district heating, includes both the production facility and the district heating network in Vallentuna. The facility produces approximately 67 GWh of district heating per year, which is delivered to over 240 customers. Solör took over the business on 1 July 2025, but E.ON will continue to operate the facility during a transition period.

Lindahl's team mainly consisted of Jesper Fredriksson, Annika Brandt, Tor Pöpke, Johanna Karlsson, and Per-Anders Bengtsson (responsible partner).
