Tor regularly works with projects in the energy and environment sectors and has special experience in permit procedures, regulatory issues regarding energy and the management of various environmental risks, including contaminated land. His practice areas also include environmental requirements and responsibilities, as well as compensation issues. He assists both private and public actors and represents them in court proceedings, both in public and administrative courts. Tor also regularly assists clients in general business law matters, particularly in real estate law, handling transactions , contractual matters and disputes. He is part of Lindahl's expertise groups for land and environment, energy and dispute resolution.
