Brinova acquires properties with a value of 10.8 billion SEK from K-Fast Holding AB
Brinova acquires properties with an agreed property value of 10.8 billion SEK kronor from K-Fast Holding AB (publ).

The transaction was implemented through Brinova acquiring all shares in K-Fast Kullavägen AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of K-Fastigheter, thus acquiring K-Fastigheter's property ownership operation in Skåne, Småland and Denmark. Brinova's payment is through newly issued A- and B-shares in Brinova. The acquisition comprises a total of 108 properties.
