He has solid experience of both Swedish and international M&A and advises buyers, sellers and their financial advisors on all types of corporate acquisition. He represents industrial and trading companies as well as private equity funds and other financial players. He also has key expertise in dispute resolution with experience of litigation and Swedish and international arbitration.
