He is part of Lindahl's groups for Corporate M&A, Capital Markets and Public M&A as well as IT/Tech and works with clients in a number of industries. Michael has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions, capital market, ownership and contract matters as well as data protection matters, and has assisted in several market listings. Michael is also Lindahl's data protection officer.
