Associate
Maja works in Lindahl's practice group for National Security and Trade Control. Maja has specialist expertise in the Swedish foreign direct investment regime (the FDI Act) and has extensive experience of FDI-related matters and notification procedures. Maja also works on other regulatory matters within this group, such as export control, international sanctions and the regulatory framework for war materiel. Maja is also a member of Lindahl's Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice groups, and works on matters related thereto.
