Mikael is a part of Lindahl’s groups for GDPR & Data Privacy, IT/Tech and Life Sciences. In the area of data protection, Mikael provides support to clients on GDPR compliance matters, including contract reviews, trainings, DPO services, personal data breaches, and regulatory inquiries.
He has particular experience with data protection issues in the life science industry, including matters related to biobanks and ethical approvals. In the area of IT/Tech, Mikael has extensive experience negotiating and drafting IT agreements, as well as guiding companies on questions arising from technological developments, such as cloud services, information security, artificial intelligence, and data management.
