Johanna Näslund works with clients in public procurement, privacy law and with various types of disputes. She is a member of the competence groups for public procurement, IT/Tech and dispute resolution. She is co-author of the legal commentaries to LOU and LUF at Wolters Kluwers (Norstedts Juridik). Since 2019, she has been a board member of the Swedish Bar Association. Johanna is engaged as a lecturer and likes to write articles on various topics. She has also been a board member in various owner-managed companies and a foundation-owned company for over fifteen years.
