Henrik is a highly experienced financial regulatory specialist within Lindahl's Financial Services group, having broad experience advising domestic and international clients on financial regulatory issues including, in particular, within banking, investment services and funds as well as fintechs and in connection with M&A transactions. Henrik advises clients on a wide spectrum of financial regulatory matters, such as authorisation/licensing matters to ad-hoc advice and supervisory investigations.
Henrik also works with asset finance, in partuclar aviation finance and leasing matters, representing lessors and financiers in connection with leasing transactions and aircraft registration/regulatory issues, as well as related to insolvency and aircraft repossession.
Author of various publications within the financial services' sector and previous board member of a regulated asset manager, Henrik is also continuously mentioned by Legal 500.
