Filippa has extensive experience from working with private and listed clients in the real estate sector. She regularly works with issues related to land development (residential, commercial and industrial establishments), transactions, joint ventures, restructuring and capital raising. Filippa legal areas of expertise includes, among other things, property law, company law, contract law, credit and security law as well as questions connected to financing, corporate governance and ownership structures. Filippa also specializes in tax law and has broad experience in both Swedish and international tax matters. She has particularly broad experience of tax law issues related to structure and ownership issues as well as incentive and transaction structures. Filippa also works with tax litigations.
Filippa is a member of the board of several client companies.
