Elsa assists primarily employers in all matters ranging from day-to-day issues concerning the commencement of employment, work environment, protection of trade secrets, restructuring, termination of employment and union negotiations.
Elsa also represents clients in matters related to compliance and internal investigations, such as anti-corruption, bribery and whistleblowing.
Elsa also works with business transfers and general commercial law, including M&A, financings and corporate law matters.
