Annika Brandt

Annika specializes in private M&A, corporate law and banking and finance. She has extensive experience as an adviser from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives in Swedish as well as in cross-border share transfers and business transfers, in minority investments and in multi-jurisdictional restructurings and mergers. She represents founder-owned companies as well as publicly traded companies, that are active in various sectors. Annika’s work inter alia involves transactions within the field of energy-related assets, in particular in relation to investments and divestments. Annika also regularly assists clients with start-ups, corporate law matters and in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Much of the work has cross-border elements as she advises Swedish clients with international interests and foreign clients with interests in Sweden.
Annika is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
