Lindahl law firm named Career Company 2026
Lindahl has been named one of Sweden's Career Companies 2026 - an award given annually to employers who offer particularly good career opportunities and inspire and engage the next generation. There are only four business law firms on the list and we are proud to be one of them.
The award is organised by Karriärföretagen, which since 2011 has presented Sweden's most attractive employers for students and young professionals. The selected employers can call themselves Career Companies for a year and this is the first time that Lindahl is on the list. The purpose of the award is to guide Sweden's students and young professionals to their next employer and to recognise businesses that conduct successful employer branding work.
In the motivation from Karriärföretagen, Lindahl's determined work to shape a modern and inclusive work environment where business acumen, cooperation and development go hand in hand is emphasised.

By combining high business law expertise with a clear focus on culture, knowledge sharing and shared success, Lindahl wants to continue to be an attractive employer for both today's and tomorrow's lawyers.
About the award and the process for being named a Career Company:
All organisations and companies in Sweden have the opportunity to become a Career Company. Initially, they must meet a number of basic criteria, such as at least 250 employees and/or a turnover of more than SEK 250 million, the presence of a human resources manager in the organisation and ongoing recruitment efforts. Employers that do not meet all the basic criteria, but have otherwise excelled in their employer branding efforts, can also move forward in the process. Approximately 1,000 organisations move on from this stage to a review by the Career Companies' expert panel of specialists in HR, web, career advice, social media & marketing.
The panel makes a judgement based on the criteria below and the 400 employers with the highest scores move on to the final selection.
Organisation's career pages: information, quality and dynamism
Presence and quality of social media and other digital media
The activities towards students and working graduates
Attractiveness as an employer in external surveys
Based on the 400 final candidates, the Career Organisation's jury then chooses which employers will finally receive the Career Organisation 2026 award.
This year's jury consisted of Charlotte Hågård, one of Sweden's most respected talent and career experts, Anna Dyhre, Sweden's most hired Employer Branding lecturer and Torgny Johnsson, advisor and consultant in HR and former HR director at SAS and Infranord.
