Lindahl legal advisor to K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter in its acquisition of a property located close to the university of Växjö
K2A has acquired the property Växjö Slottsstaden 4 which is located close to the university of Växjö. The property, built in 2005, includes two buildings of a total of 113 apartments to students and other rental purposes.
K2A is a property company which owns, develop and on a long term basis operates rental and social properties. The company’s common and preference shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm respectively.
