Lindahl has represented Trelleborg Port in successful arbitration dispute against Rover
Lindahl has represented Trelleborgs Hamn AB in a comprehensive arbitration dispute against Rover Maritime SL concerning the contract for the expansion of ferry berths 13 and 14 in Trelleborg port. The arbitration award represented a significant success for the port.
On 10 June 2025, the arbitration award was issued in the dispute. The arbitration award represented a success for the port as Rover was awarded zero kronor of its claim for approximately 145 million kronor concerning variation and hindrance compensation, and as the port was awarded compensation of just over 35 million kronor for delay penalties. The arbitration proceedings had been ongoing since March 2022.
Lindahl's solicitors Fredrik Jahnfors, Petra Gustafsson and Jennie Karlsson represented the port in the arbitration proceedings' final hearing.
Following the arbitration proceedings, Rover initiated nullification and challenge proceedings at the Svea Court of Appeal. In November 2025, the Court of Appeal dismissed Rover's action without issuing a summons because the action was deemed manifestly unfounded.
