Lindahl has acted as a legal advisor to Heba in the acquisition of two sheltered accommodation sites for the elderly in Tyresö with an underlying property value of SEK 347 million. The sites include a total of 115 apartments and a lettable area of 7,575 m2. The seller is Hemsö Fastighets AB and Heba plans to take possession in March 2024.

The Lindahl team consisted of Jan Berg, Alexander Schröder, Giulia Ramundo and Rebecka Gamboa.
