Lindahl has advised KGK Motor on its acquisition of a majority stake in 1852 Marin & Fritid
1852 Marin & Fritid AB is a full-service marina that offers new and used boats, boat accessories, service and winter storage.
KGK Motor AB, which is part of the family-owned KG Knutsson group, has been active in the marine boat industry for more than 40 years with several strong brands such as Suzuki, Askeladden, Arronet and Capelli. KGK Motor is also active in the motorcycle and ATV industry with brands Suzuki, Honda and Kymco.
Lindahl's team mainly consisted of Henrik Nobel, Alva Thörn and Isak Tholén.
