Lindahl assisted Heba in the sale of ten properties with an underlying property value of SEK 605 million
Lindahl acted as legal adviser to Heba in connection with the company’s sale of ten properties in Hökarängen, Stockholm. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 605 million.
The properties consist of 296 apartments with a total area of 17,201 m2, 1,302 m2 of non-residential premises and 82 parking spaces.
The Lindahl team consisted of Jan Berg, Alexander Schröder and Rebecka Gamboa.
