Lindahl assisted Flintab in the acquisition of Omnigon
Advokatfirman Lindahl assisted Flintab AB, whose parent company is Dacke Industri, in the acquisition of 79% of the shares in Omnigon AB’s parent company. The strategic acquisition entered into force in July and provides both companies with new opportunities to continue developing powerful, innovative solutions for customers.
Flintab is one of the Nordic Region's leading suppliers of the most innovative and competitive registration systems on the market. For its part, Omnigon specialises in system solutions for modern waste management and collection. Its products include access control systems at recycling stations, logistics and transport planning for waste collection and sludging as well as planning, implementation and monitoring of decarbonisation services. Its solutions are developed to meet needs and requirements in important activities in society.
