Lindahl assisted Bockasjö in the sale of three logistics properties
Advokatfirman Lindahl acted as a legal advisor to Bockasjö when the JV Sörred Logistikparkin transferred three fully-developed logistics properties to Platzer. Access to the properties is scheduled for 30 June. The underlying property value, established by means of an external valuation and decided on by agreement between the parties, amounts to approximately 1,478 MSEK.

The transaction means that Platzer becomes the sole owner of the three properties at Sörred Logistikpark in Torslanda, Göteborg. The logistics properties contain premises with a total area of 90,927 m2 which are fully leased to Volvo Cars, Volvo Lastvagnar, Schenker Logistics and Sportshopen. The properties have a combined annual rent of approximately 68 MSEK and an average contract length of 8.8 years. All lease agreements are triple-net.
The Lindahl team consisted of Filippa Wallin and Philip Ahl.
