Lindahl advisor when Sareq's portfolio company Nitton93 becomes new majority shareholder in OSS Nordic
Lindahl has advised Sareq's portfolio company Nitton93 Holding AB in connection with its acquisition of the majority of the shares in OSS Nordic AB.

Sareq's thirteenth acquisition in total and second in 2024 is made by Sareq's portfolio company Nitton93, which acquires the majority of the shares in OSS Nordic as part of strengthening its retail and service offering. OSS Nordic is a company active in corporate profiling and helps other companies and organizations with their graphic profile and brands. The company was started at the end of 2017 by its founder and CEO Anna Helldin and offers a comprehensive range of products and services in the Nordic region. Anna Helldin will remain co-owner and CEO of OSS Nordic. Thérèse Bäck, the company's Studio & IT Manager, will also remain co-owner and employee of the company. OSS Nordic will operate as an independent affiliate of Nitton93's existing businesses in Sweden and Norway.
Nitton93 is a portfolio company of Sareq AB and is one of Scandinavia's leading companies in interior design for shops, restaurants and public environments. The company offers complete solutions with everything from development and production to delivery and installation of interiors for both private and public environments. The company also acts as an overall partner and turnkey contractor for new establishments and remodeling. The work can therefore include everything from the preparation of premises, construction, assembly, product placement, design, etc.
