Lindahl advisor in Cramo AB’s acquisition of KraftX AB
Lindahl has advised Cramo AB in its acquisition of KraftX AB. The transfer of shares took place on 15 May 2023.
KraftX AB is a privately owned rental company specializing in generators and backup power for the industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors, as well as electricity distribution, among others. The company is active and has customers throughout Sweden.
Cramo AB, which is part of the Dutch machinery rental conglomerate Boels Rental, is one of the leading rental companies in Sweden for machinery, equipment, and rental-related services. Their operations include short-term rental of individual machines, as well as full-service commitments in larger projects, multi-year contracts and outsourcing solutions. The acquisition of KraftX AB enhances Cramo AB's capabilities both in terms of product offerings and expertise.
